For ISOs and their agents

Stop losing merchants to the software they run on.

Your merchants schedule jobs and send invoices in vertical software, and that software would like to process their cards too. SwitchKeep lets them collect on the invoice through the gateway account you set up, with each payment recorded back to the invoice automatically. They get a smoother day. You keep the merchant and your pricing.

  • Charges run on the gateway you boarded
  • Nothing for you to develop
  • Billed to you per live MID

The product

Make your processing the easiest way for them to get paid.

When collecting a card means leaving the software and retyping the payment afterwards, the software's own processing starts to look attractive. SwitchKeep removes that gap for the merchants you've already boarded, without you building or maintaining an integration.

Collect from the invoice

A browser extension lets the merchant start a card payment from the invoice they already have open. No new app to learn.

Charged on your gateway

The payment window charges through the gateway account you set up for that merchant, at the pricing you agreed with them.

Recorded without retyping

After the charge, the payment is entered on the invoice for them and checked against the balance.

How it works

From application to a merchant taking payments.

You've already approved and boarded your merchants. Everything below happens in the partner portal.

  1. Apply as a partner

Create your partner account in the portal. We review each application before you can add merchants.

  2. Add a merchant and their gateway keys

Add the MID and paste the keys from the merchant's existing gateway account. Keys are checked before you continue and stored encrypted.

  3. Connect the webhook and go live

Paste the webhook address into the gateway's control panel. Once a real transaction confirms the connection, the MID goes live.

  4. Invite the merchant

Create the merchant's login in the portal. They add the extension, sign in, and collect from their invoices. You see the results in your portal.

Why partners

A better answer when software-bundled payments come calling.

Protect your book

The merchant stays on the gateway account you boarded and the pricing you set. We bill you per live MID and don't step into your merchant relationship.

Fewer reasons to switch

When collecting and recording payments is part of the merchant's daily tool, moving processors means changing how they work.

Live during onboarding

No development project and no new merchant application: keys, webhook, live. Your agents can switch it on while they're boarding.

Something new to sell

Go after merchants who think in-software payments mean leaving their processor. Offer the same convenience on yours.

We maintain the connections

We build and look after the connections to merchant software and gateways, and keep them working when the software changes.

Value you can show

The portal counts payments recorded automatically and the time that saved, so you can show each merchant what they get.

The partner portal

Run your merchants from one portal.

Onboard merchants, keep them running, and show them what they're getting.

Merchant onboarding
Add MIDs, check gateway keys, connect webhooks and go live.
Value delivered
Payments taken and recorded automatically, and the hours that saved, by partner and by merchant.
Reconciliation
Match payments against the gateway and see anything whose outcome needs a look.
Recurring plans and pay links
Set up payment plans and email pay links to merchants' customers.
Merchant logins
Create and sign out the logins your merchants use for the extension.
Needs attention
Recording status for each merchant, and anything that needs follow-up.

Coverage

Works inside the field-service software your merchants already use.

SwitchKeep runs in the browser alongside web-based job, estimate and invoicing software. It reads the invoice the merchant has open, takes the payment on your gateway, and records it back to that invoice.

Request coverage

Tell us which software your merchants use. We confirm coverage before you onboard them, and partner requests decide what we add next.

Request coverage for your merchants

Your gateway

Merchants keep the gateway account you boarded them on. Ask us about the gateways we connect to when you apply.

Pricing for partners

One fee per live merchant.

Partners pay SwitchKeep a monthly fee for each live MID. Your merchants don't get a bill from us.

  • Billed to you monthly, per live MID
  • A MID becomes billable when it goes live, not when you add it
  • The processing pricing you give your merchants stays yours to set
  • The per-MID price is agreed with each partner

Security and compliance

Card numbers never enter the merchant's software.

Card entry in the gateway's hosted fields

Card numbers are typed into the gateway's hosted fields, inside our own payment window. They never enter the page of the merchant's software.

No applications, no owner data

You approve and board merchants with your processor as you do today. We don't take merchant applications or underwrite, and we don't hold owner Social Security or bank details.

Keys checked and encrypted

Gateway keys are validated before a merchant goes live and stored encrypted. Partners and merchants each sign in with their own accounts.

Server-checked amounts, no double charges

Amounts read from the merchant's software are re-checked by our server before charging, and every gateway request is sent so that a retry can't charge twice.

FAQ

Questions partners ask.

Will this move my merchants to another processor?

No. SwitchKeep charges through the gateway account you already boarded the merchant on. Your processing and pricing stay as they are.

How do I become a partner?

Apply in the partner portal. We review each application, and once you're approved you can add merchants straight away.

Do my merchants need a new merchant account?

No. You approve and board merchants as you do today. In the portal you add the MID and its existing gateway keys.

What does the merchant have to install?

A browser extension for Chrome. You create their login in the portal; they sign in once and can collect from their invoices.

Will it work with the software my merchants use?

It's built for web-based field-service and invoicing software. Tell us what your merchants use and we'll confirm coverage before you onboard them.

How do we get paid, and how do you get paid?

You keep earning on your merchants' processing as you do today. SwitchKeep bills you a monthly fee per live MID.

What happens if a payment can't be recorded on the invoice?

The payment itself is still taken and saved. The portal shows recording status for each merchant and lists anything that needs follow-up.

Does card data touch the merchant's software?

No. Card entry runs in the gateway's hosted fields inside our own payment window, not in the merchant software's page.
