For processors and banks
Land merchants inside software you can't reach.
Businesses increasingly take payments wherever they send invoices, and the software company's own processing is usually the default. SwitchKeep puts a Pay button on those invoices that runs on your processing, without an integration you'd have to build or a deal you'd have to sign with each software company.
What you get
Your processing, where your merchants already work.
Keep your processing
Charges run on your gateway and your merchant accounts. Pricing, underwriting and settlement stay with you.
Reach software you can't integrate
Web-based software businesses invoice from: the merchant signs in once and collects from the invoices they already send.
Give merchants a reason to stay
Payments recorded on each invoice automatically, so switching to the software's own processing stops being the easy path.
How boarding works
Your merchants, your gateway, our connection.
Apply
Tell us about your processing and the merchants you serve. We review every application.
Connect your gateway
If we already connect to it, you add your keys in the partner portal. If not, we connect it before your first merchant.
Board merchants
Add each merchant's account and its keys. Keys are checked and stored encrypted; card numbers are typed only into your gateway's own fields.
They take payments
The merchant adds the extension, signs in and collects from their invoices. You follow every merchant in the partner portal.
FAQ
Questions processors ask.
How are we paid?
You keep the processing and its economics, as today. SwitchKeep's platform terms are agreed with each processor, and your merchants never get a bill from us.
Do merchants have to change software?
No. They keep the software and invoices they use. If it runs in a browser, we can connect it; if it's new to us, we connect it before they switch.
Does the software company have to approve it?
No. Nothing is installed on the software itself, and there is nothing for the software company to sign.
Can our ISOs and agents use it too?
Yes. ISOs board their own merchants in the same partner portal, and sales agents get a referral link. Each applies on their own track.
Bring your merchants' payments into their software.
One application. We review it and come back to you about your gateway and the merchants you'd start with.
