Payment reminder email templates.

Three reminders for an overdue invoice: friendly, firm and a final notice. Fill in your customer, the invoice and the amount once, and every email is ready to copy into your own email.

Nothing you type leaves your browser. The emails are filled in on this page, nothing is sent for you, and your fields are kept only in this browser so they're there next time.

FAQ

About these templates.

When should I send each reminder?

A common rhythm is the friendly one a few days after the due date, the firm one about two weeks past due, and the final notice after a month or more. Adjust it to your terms and your customers.

Can I change the wording?

Yes. Copy the email into your own email and edit it there before you send it. Anything in [brackets] is a field you left blank.

Where does what I type go?

Nowhere. The emails are filled in on this page, in your browser, and nothing is sent for you. Your fields are kept in this browser's own storage until you clear them.

Can reminders go out automatically?

With SwitchKeep, yes: when you send a pay link by email, SwitchKeep emails your customer a reminder 3, 7 and 14 days later until it's paid, canceled or expires.

Get paid

Send fewer reminders: get paid on the invoice in the software you already use.

SwitchKeep puts a Pay button on the invoices in the software you already invoice from, and records each payment on the invoice for you.
